At the HKVCA Asia Private Equity Forum this year, we are proud to have our Chairman & Founder – Conrad Tsang – as a member of the panel to share his insights on topics relevant to venture capital, with a focus on the investment environment and portfolio allocations in India and South East Asia, and the very latest regulatory and market updates.

The discussion mainly revolved around the comparisons between Southeast Asia + India and China/Developed Asia in terms of sectors, investment environment and exits, as well as side topics such as the relocation of global supply chain and crypto activity from China to Southeast Asia.

The Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association's 12th Asia Private Equity Forum (APEF) was held virtually on January 12, 2022. The annual event featured 60 expert speakers and panelists representing general partners, limited partners, and advisors. As the region's premier private equity forum, the event was attended by close to 900 delegates, most of whom were senior level and C-suite executives.
